If it wasn\u2019t flawless, it wasn\u2019t valuable. But as I began writing these letters, I realized something deeper:   <\/span><b>this was never about perfection. It was always about purpose.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One day, a friend I deeply admire wrote to me asking for help. <\/span><b>He was lost, in the midst of trying to find himself.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. After we spoke about him, something unusual happened: I felt a genuine joy, rare in my professional life. That moment made it clear. I needed to do this more often.  <\/span><b>To share not just what went well, but what hurt, what changed me. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because, in the end, <\/span><b>this isn\u2019t just about me. It\u2019s about you, reading these words right now. <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the years, I\u2019ve spoken with colleagues I admire, professionals with decades of experience. I\u2019ve been surprised to hear how many  <\/span><b>are wondering if they should sell their clinics<\/b>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if they can keep carrying the weight alone. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I also hear from young dentists<\/span>,<b> trained with excellence,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who feel stuck in clinics <\/span><b>where they can\u2019t apply what they\u2019ve learned<\/b>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or work under fair conditions<\/span>.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That discontent is real, even if it&#8217;s rarely spoken.  <\/span><b>We were never taught to ask for help.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In our profession, <\/span><b>silence often weighs more than the noise. We were never taught to ask for help.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today,<\/span><b> after having hit rock bottom <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and rebuilt my life with more authenticity, I can say this: I feel well. I work three days a week in clinic. I have space for myself, for my partner, and for writing these reflections. I\u2019m about to become a father. And as I write that, I feel moved.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I didn\u2019t get here unscathed.<\/span><b> What got me through was vulnerability<\/b>, l<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">earning to ask for help, to admit I couldn\u2019t do it all, to show up as I truly am, sensitive, imperfect, human.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If these stories offered you a pause, a breath, or a sense of company, I\u2019m grateful.And if you ever feel like you can\u2019t keep going, please don\u2019t think you\u2019ve failed. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maybe what you need isn\u2019t to escape, but to see yourself differently, with more compassion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because sometimes<\/span>,<b> the next step isn\u2019t outwards, but inwards.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for reading.<\/span><b>If even one word stayed with you\u2014then it was worth sharing.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bruno<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One day, a friend I deeply admire wrote to me asking for help.
